Community Standards

OMINAK is built for genuine connection. These standards are practical community guidance, not a complete legal policy or a promise that every report will result in removal.

Treat people with dignity

Do not harass, bully, threaten, demean, or target people because of protected or personal characteristics. Credible threats and dangerous behavior are not welcome.

Share safely and honestly

Do not impersonate others, run scams, spam communities, expose private information, or post illegal or prohibited material. Avoid sexual or otherwise inappropriate content that puts people at risk.

Use reporting for safety concerns

Report a specific Profile, Post, Comment, reply, Repost, or Feed when it may violate these standards. Reports are private. They do not automatically remove content, notify the reported person, or create a Block.

Reporting and support are different

Reporting flags something on OMINAK for review. Help and Support is for account access, technical help, broader safety concerns, or situations that are not tied to one reportable item.

Protect yourself now

If you do not want contact with a member, use Block separately. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; OMINAK reporting is not an emergency service.
